Biography         

 

    Graziano Galątone was born in Palagianello (Taranto) October the 8th 1973.
    Singer, percussionist, actor, composer and organizer of several shows, he has become protagonist in numerous artistic initiatives spacing from theatre to itinerant shows.
    He was interpreter of songs, from the Neapolitan classic repertory to lyrics, and leader and percussionist of funky and acid jazz groups. Its more prestigious experiences: "Castrocaro Festival" and "Sanremo Giovani Festival" in 1993.
    Lately he collaborated to a musical plan that draws origin from ethnic, jazz and electronic contaminations, in quality of percussionist and vocalist.
    He debuts in the Rome GranTeatro in 2002 in the role of Phoebus in "Notre Dame De Paris", the opera by Riccardo Cocciante, now he is interpreting the role of Mario Cavarodossi in “Tosca Amore Disperato” by Lucio  Dalla. He won the Massimini Prize in May 2004.
